Award-Winning Hardie Siding Contractor Adds to the Trophy Shelf

However, we’re especially proud to announce our latest recognition as one of only a handful of siding contractors in the country to receive the 2020 James Hardie Service Excellence Award. The reason this one means so much is that we strive for 100% customer satisfaction—and the receipt of this award for the fifth year in a row provides strong evidence that we’re meeting that goal.
To be eligible for the award, we submitted a representative sample of our customers to GuildQuality, which conducted surveys aimed at gauging overall customer satisfaction with the products and services received from our company. Among other questions, the survey asked customers to rate their experience in terms of “likely to recommend,” and we’re excited to report that our rating among surveyed customers was a whopping 100%!
According to GuildQuality, the average recommendation rate for this year’s winners was an impressive 98.91%. This means we’re keeping high company with some of the best Hardie siding contractors in the United States.
