Qualified Remodeler Recognizes Our Commitment to Excellence During Challenging Times

The exterior remodeling experts at Johnson County Siding & Window Co. strive to provide the highest level of customer service on every project we undertake, and that commitment has continued despite the unprecedented challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic. We’re delighted to learn that our efforts have not gone unnoticed! We’re also pleased to announce that we’ve been recognized as one of Qualified Remodeler (QR) magazine’s 100 Customer Satisfaction Leaders for 2021.
The distinction is based on high customer satisfaction scores recorded on GuildQuality’s most recent annual survey, during which 100% of our customers surveyed said they were “likely to recommend” our services to others.
As part of the QR recognition, company owners Teresa and Bill Christie were interviewed about the secrets to keeping customers happy during a time when supply chain disruptions and price increases are impacting the home improvement industry. Their answers were included in a company profile that accompanies the award announcement on the QR website.
