We’re proud to announce that we’ve been honored with the GuildQuality Guildmaster Award for 2021—and it’s been our pleasure seven times to accept this coveted award. For 2021, our company was among about 300 residential construction businesses selected to receive the award out of more than 700 applicants nationwide.
During our more than 40 years of providing Kansas City area homeowners with the finest exterior remodeling products and services, we’ve received numerous awards recognizing both our meticulous workmanship and excellence in customer service. However, the GuildQuality Guildmaster Award is based on feedback from you—our cherished customers—and that’s what makes us so thrilled to receive it.
What Qualifies Us for the Guildmaster Award?
According to the GuildQuality website, “The primary requirement for receiving a Guildmaster Award is exemplary customer service, as demonstrated by an extremely high customer recommendation rate. In the residential construction industry, the average customer recommendation rate is approximately 70%. In order to receive a Guildmaster Award, a member must achieve a ‘Likely to Recommend’ rate of 90% or greater.”
