Here at Johnson County Siding & Window Co., we focus all of our efforts on satisfying our customers. We’re completely aware that without customer satisfaction, our business would not last nearly as long as it has. In fact, our focus on customer satisfaction is one of the reasons we have been as successful as we are. It has even led our capture of the Best of Houzz 2015 Award for Customer Satisfaction.
The award is not something that we take lightly – we are incredibly proud of the award and see it as a huge achievement. We were chosen from more than half a million other home building, design and remodeling industry professionals by 25 million monthly users that make up the Houzz community. There are two categories in which the Best of Houzz gives its awards – customer satisfaction and design. There are numerous factors that determine the winner of the customer satisfaction award. Some of these factors include how many client reviews were written in 2014 and how many of those reviews were positive.
As a winner of the Best of Houzz 2015 Award for Customer Satisfaction, we will be able to place the “Best of Houzz 2015” badge on our profile, which will give us even more exposure to more customers, to whom we hope to continue to provide the quality customer service that we have become known for.
