JOCO window and siding, did a fabulous job on our home. We got new windows and new siding. Our home is over 113 years old. And they made our home look brand new. They were professional, kind and polite. And their crews worked hard every day they were here. And addressed any concern I or my wife had, explained the process every step of the way. Johnson County Siding and Windows provided us with more than just windows for our daylight basement. They carefully educated, evaluated and advised. They did not pressure us and they were courteous. Once the decision was made, they met their time-frame, and their workers were obviously well trained, and they cleaned up after themselves and even washed the new windows! I can't say enough about this family-owned business, operating on ethics you just don't find anymore.
I thought replacing all the windows in my house would be stressful, but the team here made everything so easy. They answered all my questions during the consult, brought product samples to make sure we were visually happy with the window type before install, and we're very professional.The install team was amazing. They accommodated my requests to leave the room my pets were hiding in for last, answered my questions, and worked efficiently to get them done in a timely manner. When they were done they left no mess behind, just beautifully install windows.Could not be more happy with the experience from start to finish and I'm picky as heck coming from a construction family. 10/10 would recommend. I will be using them for my siding needs in the future and will a review for that experience.
Investing and researching siding options and companies was a decision I spent months researching and saving up for.I received 4+ estimates and honestly thought joco siding and windows would be out of my budget.Steve came out quickly and did a great job explaining everything regarding Hardie siding installation and what options were available with the trim and colors. He also mentioned that they offered 0% interest financing for 18mos. Their estimate not only came in lower then the others but it included more sq footage and more options based on the needs of our house.Lynn stopped by and made sure I understood the financing and the contract regarding the work to be completed.Laura helped coordinate scheduling and worked with us to make sure the dates and installation would be as convenient as possible for us. She was able to work around work conflicts and made sure I knew when supplies would be delivered as well as when install would begin. She always helped answer questions quickly and passed on a message to the team if there were more specific questions.Nicholas was on site with the crew on day 1 and made sure everyone was on the same page and that everything started smoothly. He answered any questions or concerns I had regarding what I needed to do during this process.The crew put in very long hrs on very hot days and Nicholas was there to check on progress and make sure it ran smoothly.When installation was finished Nicholas and the joco siding owner stopped by to make sure we were satisfied with the entire process from beginning to completion.For a big home improvement investment like this, I Definitely recommend JoCo Siding and Windows!! They went above and beyond to make sure this entire process went smoothly. They provided 5 star service and a 5 star product!Thanks to the entire team for making this a great experience.
Good, Bad, and Ugly: I would say the good out weighs the bad and ugly, but, all were there in my opinion.The good:Customer service, Rosie and Johnathan on the install, time will tell on the windows, but good as of install, and the salesman for listening when others didn't seem to.The Bad:We have three windows with stained wood trim that was supposed to be matched, while I understand your probably not going to get a perfect match, its really hard to when its a different species of wood altogether, with them being in the busseness I would assume they would know this. Still not a big deal (covered by curtains) and mainly only I would know.The Ugly:One window was wrongly measured and one window ordered wrong. Both had to be reordered which the company owned the mistake right away but, then some trim wasn't ordered and extended the done date, it took about 6 months from initial order to completion.In review I would still recommend the company as the completed job looks nice and I have no more leaks. I should also point out that the owner of the company came out and personally apologized for the problems we had. All told not a bad experence.Sorry for the long review.
Working with Johnson County Siding & Windows was a pleasure. They delivered high quality work swiftly for a reasonable price and were respectful of my home.When Kevin came by to provide the estimate it was a great experience. He looked at our windows, explained a few removal/installation options, and answered all my questions within 20 minutes. Compare that to one of his competitors who took 90 minutes before we had to bluntly end the estimate because our son's bedtime had already past. Kevin did a great job of telling me the high points, no dog and pony show necessary, just the facts. He emailed the estimate a couple days later. No negotiation or haggling, the price was the price and it came in much lower that his competitors...and there was no need for "oh let me see if you apply for this discount". Reasonable from the start.We waited a little less than two months for the windows to be manufactured. Once we were notified they were ready they were delivered and installed within a week. Communication was great the entire time, I was kept informed and knew what to expect and when. A team of three people worked on removing and installing 12 windows. After one full day they had all the new windows in and the interior work done. The next day they were rained out yet they still tried to do what they could before they called it quits. They finished up the exterior work in half a day, so about 1.5 days total...surpassed my expectations. They did beautiful work replacing the trim around the windows, I appreciate that they touched up my stucco where necessary with paint that I supplied. I found minimal trash in my yard, a couple slices of wood here and there which was acceptable for me. No nails or other more concerning items.After two heavy rain storms the windows have held up well. When Johnson County Siding & Windows tells me I can call them any time if something isn't right with the windows I believe them and do not feel the need to have a lifetime labor warranty as part of my contract with them. Based on my experience they will do right by me.Highly recommend Johnson County Siding & Windows for window replacement!

First of all - Shoutout to Rosie for double checking everything with me and making sure we were both on the same page of what I was expecting before starting any work.Plan was to replace 2 entry doors, storm door, basement window and swap out my vinyl siding with hardie board. Had a good conversation with the sales rep and project manager on setting up expectations. Reviewed the contract and I had some clarifications to try and avoid any confusion (which they promptly said "yes it's included" and amended the contract so it was clear).Rosie and his crew showed up to do the work, reviewed the scope of work with me along with taking inventory of the materials delivered. Rosie mentioned there wasn't enough material to do what we discussed and immediately started making calls to get the extra materials.Throughout the project, his team was professional and kept me informed with what they were planning to do each day so there were no surprises.I was very impressed with the quality of materials, workmanship, courteousness, and cleanliness throughout the whole process.Just wanted to say thank you to everyone involved.

Good experience having many windows replaced as well as some stucco siding replaced. They tried very hard to respect our house, keep it as clean inside as possible, and did very good trim work.
I had an excellent experience with JoCo Siding and Window. The whole experience from start to finish was great. Justin came to our home to get us an initial quote and brought window samples so we could see the difference in the types of windows. Lynn - the project manager called prior to the work and was very responsive to all of my questions and explained everything that we could expect with the installation. Donnie and Will who did all the installation work were great! On the first day they found some wood rot that was not visible until they started the work. Lynn came to the job site and was able to quickly tell us how much extra it would add to our initial price quote to fix it all. The installation process was great - I especially appreciated that they kept everything clean - using plastic sheeting and not getting the interior of our house messy. They cleaned up at the end of each day. They were both very friendly - our young kids were home on holiday break from school and were interested in the work and at times talked Donnie's ear off, but he was always kind to them. By the end of the project they knew our names and our dogs name! Justin came back when the install was done to make sure it was done to our satisfaction. This company is great to work with. The price quote was fair and accurate. They were responsive to all questions we had before and during the install. The crew is excellent and I highly recommend them.
