Here at Johnson County Siding & Window Co., we have been proudly serving the Kansas City area since the early 1980’s as a family owned and operated business. Our goal has always been to provide the best products and services possible and to ensure that each one of our customers left satisfied. We understand that without the support of our customers and our community that we would not have experienced the success that we’ve had. That is why we would like to inform you that we were recently awarded with a 2015 Guildmaster Award with Distinction for exceptional customer service!
We are incredibly proud to have received a 2015 Guildmaster Award and would like to thank all of our customers for your continued support in helping us achieve such a distinction. The Guildmaster Award has been given every year since 2005 by GuildQuality, which is an independent customer satisfaction surveying company. The award is only given to roughly 300 builders, contractors, developers and remodelers throughout North America every year in order to celebrate service excellence.
GuildQuality takes into account a number of different factors before handing out their Guildmaster Awards. They hand out tons of surveys to customers of Guildmaster candidates. The main factors taken into consideration include the percentage of customers that responded to the survey questions and the percentage of customers that would recommend the company. We are incredibly proud to have found out that we achieved a 100 percent recommendation rate from our customers that filled out the survey! We couldn’t be more thrilled or more thankful to our customers for this award.
Winning a 2015 Guildmaster Award is an incredible honor that we would not have achieved without you! We will continue strive to be one of the best contractors in Kansas City.
